Tendon lotion is a combination of warming herbs that relieve pain and speed healing of chronic conditions or old injuries such as tendonitis, which includes tennis elbow, golfer's elbow, shin splints, old sprains or re-occurring problems made worse by cold and dampness. When heat makes your injury feel better, this is the formula for you. This unique blend of Chinese herbs works deep down into the tendons to stimulate circulation and promote healing. Because of its warming nature, it is unsuitable for recent injuries or tendons and ligaments that are red, hot, or inflamed. It is normally used in 3rd stage, or late 2nd stage, tendon problems. It doesn't just relieve the pain, it speeds the healing process. When do I use it? * Use it on chronic sprains and strains that never seem to heal. * Tendonitis, tennis elbow, shin splints, other sore areas that are constantly re-injured * DO NOT use it on inflamed, hot injuries How to apply: *** Tendon Lotion is for external use only. Do not apply to broken skin. *** Put a small amount on your fingers and massage gently into the injured area. Pressure should be deep enough to penetrate to the injured area, but not so deep as to be painful. Make small circles with your fingers and continue to rub the liniment into the area for several minutes, adding more as needed. How often? Apply 1-2x per day for 2-3 days. If the pain worsens, switch to Dit Da Jow (as that may mean that there is residual inflammation). If pain continues to worsen after applying Dit Da Jow, consult a doctor. This custom formulation is made by the Suigetsu Shop and is more potent than commercial formulas. It is hand made and aged a minimum of 6 months to increase potency. External use only. Great for Tennis Elbow and more June 28, 2009 Reviewer: Paul Papandrew from Lynbrook, NY United States   I had nagging tendenitis in my elbow for months. After two weeks of using the Tendon Lotion twice a day I had complete relief. Pain/tension Melts Away May 25, 2009 Reviewer: Diane Heisner LMT, CNHP from Mt Vernon, MO   I recently ordered the Tendon Lotion and gave it away the very next day to a client to try on her injury from a fall.  I am a licensed massage therapist and I see a lot of tendon injuries. A few days later her employee, another client of mine, was injured when her horse bolted from her lead and suddenly jerked her arm/shoulder backwards. She applied the tendon lotion I had given her boss just the day before.  She saw me two days after her arm was injured, and couldn’t believe how well it was doing.  She said after applying it, that her shoulder felt warm, like the pain/tension was just melting away.  It became very relaxed.  I could not find any injury to the muscle and was pleased to see how quickly she recovered.  I need more Tendon Lotion quick! Chronic Injuries June 30, 2007 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Huntington Station, NY   As a Jujutsu student, I had an old strain/tear in my right wrist.  It just never seemed to go away.  I put this on it every morning and every evening and saw a lot of improvement.
