Description More Information   Gou Pi (kou pi) Plaster (Gao) is the strongest of the plasters. It is particularly useful for injuries to tendons, ligaments, and bones.  This plaster is somewhat warming and should only be used after initial inflammation is gone and swelling has been reduced. Gou pi plasters penetrate through and disperse accumulations of qi, blood and fluid. They strongly stimulate local circulation, which helps damaged tissue heal more quickly. Use to treat closed fractures and sprains. Active Ingredients Menthol 21.5% Camphor 25.8% Salicylate 11.7% Inactive Ingredients Kaempferia Galanga Rhizome (Gao Liang Jiang), Corydalis Yanhusuo Tuber, Cayenne, Stephania root (Han Fang Ji), Herba Impatiens Balsamiha, Ginger dried rhizome ACTIONS AND INDICATIONS: To expel wind-cold evils, promote blood circulation and relieve pain. Applicable for numbness of limbs, pain of the waist and legs, traumatic injuries. Promotes circulation, dissipates cold which has penetrated the body, stops pain. Useful for bruises, sprains, rheumatalgia, arthralgia, costal pleurisy, muscle ache and so on. USAGE: For external application only. Stick it on the affected part. DIRECTIONS: Adults and children 2 years and older: remove the clear film backing and apply plaster to affected area once a day.
