I take Pe Min Kan Wan every time I develop upper respiratory symptoms whether due to cold or allergies. The results for me far exceed any over-the-counter or prescription medication I've ever taken. And with no side effects! Within 24 to 48 hours my symptoms are radically reduced if not altogether gone. I continue to take it at a maintenance dose of three tablets three times a day after my symptoms subside for the course of the cold (usually a week) or allergy season, or if necessary I increase it again to max dosage. But I cannot get the same relief from pharmaceuticals as I do from this product, and I don't have to suffer that druggy feeling. No side effects. It's amazingly effective for me, thankfully.
