Description Technical Specs More Information   Long Dan Xie Gan Wan (Lung Tan Xie Gan Wan) is a Chinese Medicinal formula that is utilized when a patient has been diagnosed as having excess Liver Heat, excess Gall Bladder Heat, and Damp Heat accumulation. It has been considered helpful in treating irritability and headaches associated with stress. Other applications have been in the treatment of conjunctivitis; red, swollen eyes; ringing in the ears; vaginal discharge (bad smelling); and swollen genitals. Helpful in oral and genital herpes; also hyperthyroid due to liver-gallbladder fire. Reduces liver heat due to stagnation of liver qi. It is also known as Gentanae Tea Pill or Gentanian Tea Pill. Directions: Take 8 pills, 2 times a day with water, on an empty stomach. Do not take more than 5 days consecutively. Packaging: 100 pills per bottle.   Features Does not contain Mu Tong, an unsafe ingredient used in older formulations of this product. Mu tong has been shown to be toxic to the kidneys.
