Liniments as Training Supplements
| Some liniments and oils may be used either just prior to training or as part of the cooling down process. When combined with massage, they increase blood and energy/chi circulation not just in the muscles to which the oil is applied, but throughout the body! Apply prior to starting your workout: Posumon Oil, White Flower Oil, Green Oil, Kwan Loong Oil Apply after your workout: Pain Relief Aromatherapy Oil, Red Flower Oil, Woodlock Oil, U-I Oil |

In the Photo: Steve Fine of Fort Mitchell, KY. rides with Team Dayton and says "I love the Pain Relief Oil... it melts away my post-race aches." | Note: Be sure to wait until the body has cooled down and all sweating has ceased before applying any oil or liniment. Alcohol-based products may burn when applied to open skin pores. | Best use of product: Use 2 tsp. Pain Relief Aromatherapy Oil in a hot bath and soak away all your aches and pains. Alternatively, have a massage therapist use this oil while giving you a post-workout massage.
