Description   Custom herbal formulas are available by pre-order only, from a full-service Chinese pharmacy. Your lead time will be 1-2 days to get your price, and 1-2  (business) days for us to receive the order and prepare it for shipment. NOTE: We do not prescribe formulas! STEP ONE: You must send email or call us with your formula so that we can get availability and a price for you. Formulas and quantity (in grams) should be clearly written. Formulas may be sent in English or Chinese. [We do not speak Chinese, so you cannot call in a formula in Mandarin or Cantonese. We will accept a written prescription and pass it along to the pharmacist]. Please also indicate how many "bags". Note: Any formulas that request endangered species or banned substances will have appropriate substitutions made. We fill prescriptions for licensed acupuncturists and herbalists only and do not write prescriptions. You are responsible for the proper usage and patient care of any formula you purchase from us.
